	CUSTOMIZE THE PROGRAM

	The star program can be completely customized to fit your needs. No two coaches will ever agree on the perfect progression of skills for a developmental Program. With this program, you can use any skills you would like. The program comes with sample skills. Change it around, or use it just like I do. Use the ideas to design your perfect skill, advancement incentive program. The documentation contains many ideas that can be used as they are, or customized to fit your own program. Take the concepts and ideas and modify them to fit your program and philosophy.

	The program is designed to have up to 10 levels and up to 22 skills at each level. This is a total of up to 220 skills. You can easily use fewer levels or skills.

	Some gyms use the Star Program only for their rec program. This usually means that you will only need to use five or six levels. The belt colors and level names can also be changed to fit your needs.
