HALF & HALF SPOTTING TABLE |

| The Half & Half is slightly longer than the Double. This extra length allows for a Large spot platform to be used to "wrap" around the bar upright. It is designed to be used with a single bar or centered on the upright of the high bar. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
| This provides the coach with a continuous surface for spotting on either side of the high bar or single bar. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||

| This unique platform "add-on" allows for spotting a Takachev. With this device you can "arm spot" throughout the entire skill and allow the gymnast to straddle through without touching anything. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
| A bungee cord connects to the Retractable Takachev Platform. The spotter stands with one foot on each platform. During the release, as the gymnast travels over the bar, the spotter shifts his/her weight from the Takachev platform to the regular platform and guides the gymnast to the straddle and "catch". When the foot is removed, the bungee will retract the Takachev platform into the upright and out of the way of the gymnasts straddling legs. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||

LOW SPOT DECK LOCATIONS |

| All the Spot Tables have lower sleeves allowing the spot platforms to be mounted about 2 feet above the mat or pit. This location is perfect to spot skills such as straddle backs to handstand, flips between the bars and all shoots and swings over the low bar. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Spot Platforms can be easily added or removed in seconds. The arms of the Platform just slide in and out of the matching sleeves on the Spot Table. The Tables bolt to the concrete, completely outside of the uneven bars, and the Spotting Decks slide in and "cantilever" out into the working bar area with nothing under the Spotting Platform for the gymnast to "hit". | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
| The Spotting Tables come standard with 1 Spot Platform and all the mounting hardware. The Tables and Platforms are painted with a gray primer coat. The top pads are a thick 1 1/4" foam covered with red vinyl. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
| The Spotting Tables are best placed on "Pit Bars" or a set of bars that are not normally adjusted. The Tables will limit the inward adjustability of the bars. The Table can also be used from both sides for use between 2 sets of adjacent uneven bars. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
| The "steps" make it easy for the gymnasts to climb onto the table. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
All the spotting tables are shown on one side of the uneven bars, but every platform can be used on either side to allow the coach to spot on his/her preferred side. The ideal situation is to have a spotting platform mounted on both sides of your uneven bars. |
