The Spotting Table is bolted to the concrete floor with 1/2" inch bolts that screw into "double shield" expansion shields. 7/8" holes for the shields will need to be drilled into the concrete. |

| You will need the following tools for installation. Large rotohammer with a 7'8" bit and a smaller bit (1/2" or 5/8") for the starter hole. The starter hole is needed to assure that the holes line up with the holes in the table. A ratchet wrench with a 3/4" socket will also be needed to tighten down the bolts. Also plan on a vacuum for the dust created. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
| If you have carpet in the planned location of the spotting table, you will want a carpet knife to cut the carpet. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
| The cables holding down the bars or bar can present a problem. Most installations will require at least one cable to pass through the top padded vinyl deck of the Spotting Table. Some installations do not need this, but don't count on it. The instructions included with the order will explain this in detail. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
| The best tools for this job is a sabre saw with a long enough blade to cut the wood and kitchen knife to cut the foam and vinyl. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Cabling modification - There is a great modification that you can make that will reduce your cabling problems and also allow for the low bar to be easily removed and put back quickly. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
